| 英國諧鬧劇團「蒙提．派松」（Monty Python）的「火腿騎士」（Spamalot）是根據諧鬧片「聖杯傳奇」（Monty Python and Holy Grail）改編而成的舞台劇，故事內容講述的正是著名的亞瑟王與圓桌武士，及其探尋聖杯的故事。 本劇在百老匯一年一度的頒獎盛會大放異彩，除了贏得2006年48屆葛萊美獎「最佳音樂劇」的肯定，先前也獲得2005年東尼獎的「最佳音樂劇」大獎的殊榮，顯示他們在舞台劇的前程不可限量。總共獲得東尼獎14項提名，名導演麥克尼柯斯也因而獲得音樂劇最佳導演獎，女星莎拉萊米雷絲則獲得音樂劇女演員最佳演出獎。 由經典劇《洛基恐怖秀》（Rocky Horror Picture Show）主角、百老匯紅星提姆科瑞（Tim Curry）擔綱演出亞瑟王一角，演出《歡樂一家親》(Frasier) 聞名並多次獲艾美獎提名的的大衛海德皮爾斯(David Hyde Pierce)演出羅賓爵士，加上為《辛普森家庭》(The Simpsons)卡通擔任多角配音、拿下第55屆艾美獎最佳配音獎的漢克阿薩瑞亞(Hank Azaria)所演出忠心耿耿的圓桌武士蘭瑟洛一角 「火腿騎士」推出後獲得空前賣座，於2005年3月17日在紐約演出以來成績輝煌。參與新一季演出的還有有許多知名紅星，如丹佐華盛頓和凱薩琳透納都參加演出，目前已創下七億六千八百萬美元的票房紀錄。 全劇音樂由電影《笨賊一籮筐》及1983年坎城影展審查員特別獎-電影《脫線一籮筐》的配樂大師約翰杜裴茲(John Du Prez)及艾瑞克埃朵(Eric Idle)合作擔綱，順利擊敗眾家強手，勇奪第48屆葛萊美獎最佳音樂劇大獎! 資料來源：福茂唱片 |
