Whats goin on everybody!!! Today I would like to share with you my love for “xiao long bao.” Haha…About three years ago when I first came to Taiwan, Machi big brother Jeff took me to a restaurant called Din Tai Fong. As soon as I had a taste of xiao long bao I was hooked…Yall may be wondering why Im telling you this story…its because today I actually got a chance to make xiao long bao!!! Although Iam not a good cook, it was really an experience that I will never forget!!!!…I rolled dough to make the outside skin of the xiao long bao, and then I got to put the meat into the dough after that I wrapped it all up and put it into the steamer…today I got to eat the xiao long bao that I made..It was soooo gooood!!!!..but don’t tell Jeff I ate it!!!!…he will kill me..hahah..just kidding!!!!
